Dining with a campus meal plan provides students with healthy, nutritious meals and snacks. We'll do the
cooking AND the dishes! Choose the plan that fits your lifestyle! All meals are non-transferable.
19 MEAL PLAN "THE BALANCED PLAN"
This plan offers students 19 meals per week (one during each 'meal period') per semester, plus 8 guest meals,
plus $50 in Points per semester to spend in the Rio Cyber Café. All meals are non-transferable.
150 BLOCK PLAN "AWAY ON WEEKENDS"
This plan offers students 150 meals per semester, plus 8 guest meals, plus $150 in Points per semester to spend
in the Rio Cyber Café.
210 BLOCK PLAN "THE MORNING SLEEPER"
This plan offers students 210 meals per semester, plus 8 guest meals, plus $100 in Points per semester to spend
in the Rio Cyber Café. |
MEAL DEAL
Because life sometimes gets in the way of dining in the Marketplace, all meal plans above also carry the added
flexibility of a Meal Deal in the Rio Cyber Café. You can get a complete Meal Deal, including a fountain beverage,
in the Rio Cyber Café as an option for the unlimited seconds in the Marketplace.
COMMUTER PLAN
All meals are non-transferable.
"ANY 5" PLAN . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$445
This plan offers commuter students the convenience of five (5) meals in the Marketplace or Rio Cyber Cafe each week per
semester. Your choice! You can enjoy five delicious, healthy breakfasts, lunches and/or dinners with your
friends in our all-you-care-to-eat dining facility for less than $4.50 per meal!
RIO PLANS - "ABSOLUTE SECURITY"
Rio Plans can be purchased by anyone to enjoy delicious meals and snacks while dining with their friends
and peers. These plans are for anyone not required to be on a plan, or for those who need additional
funds for dining on campus. These funds offer a great value, as they can by used in the Marketplace or in
the Rio Cyber Café.
PLUS, depending on the plan you purchase, you'll receive FREE Bonus Points just for getting on a plan.

Meal Cards
As a part of our Campus Dining Services Program, you will be equipped with a Meal Card that offers you purchasing power for our services. Here is how your Meal Card works: a validated Student I.D. must be presented in the Cyber Cafe and the Marketplace.
Activate your 'RIO $Choice$' I.D. Card! Your I.D. Card can be used for purchases in the Marketplace, Food Court and Bookstore. Activate your I.D. Card by stopping by the Accounting Office or call for more information at 245-7377 or 245-7502
Lost Your Meal Card?
In case of a missing Meal Card, please notify Campus Police.
Dining with a Guest
Visiting with a friend or family member? You are welcome to enjoy a meal with them in our cafeteria. Guest prices are as follows:
